What happens when there is a murderer in your classroom? Teachers often boast when they have taught a prominent public figure. It’s great when one of your learners becomes a celebrity, a doctor, a sport star, an astronaut, or the president. Yet, we forget that the opposite is also true. In our classrooms we have the future criminals, fraudsters, abusers, and rapists. However, what is true is that teachers can make a major impact on the lives of the children we teach.
